Our internship is a learning experience like no other, where you will you dive into the Active Entertainment industry and get real responsibility right away. While there is a small possibility of internships evolving into full-time positions, there is no guarantee. Treat your time at Red Frog as a learning experience with equal parts professional development, travel, personal growth and laughter.
Internships are offered year-round and last three to five months, depending on the season. This is not your "pick up bagels and coffee" type of internship. Tadpoles are immediately thrown into large-scale projects and given tremendous responsibility. We believe in empowering people to make smart decisions and are dedicated to reinventing the workplace. We hire talented, capable people who are willing to jump in and try things in new, innovative ways.

1. Do you have other office locations?
We are based in Chicago and while we are growing there aren’t plans for additional offices just yet. If you’re ready to work with Red Frog Events you’ll have to pack your bags for the Windy City.
2. Does Red Frog assist with housing?
Red Frog doesn’t provide housing, but we are more than happy to put you in contact with other Tadpoles in your program if you’re looking for a roommate. The city has many different neighborhoods and options. This is your chance to explore and find an area that fits your interest and budget. Also, if you are from the area, commuting is an option!
3. Do you have full-time positions available?
Thank you for your interest, however we do not have full-time positions readily available. That said, we are always seeking passionate individuals to join us for an internship.
Our internship is a learning experience like no other, where you will you dive into the Active Entertainment industry and get real responsibility right away. We have opportunities available on over 60 different teams, which means Event Coordinators get hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, logistics, purchasing, media relations, social media, etc. The sky's the limit!
While there is a small possibility of internships evolving into full-time positions, there is no guarantee. Treat your time at Red Frog as a learning experience with equal parts professional development, travel, personal growth and laughter.
Please note: On the rare occasion that we are taking applications for a full-time position, the job posting will state that fact clearly. These positions are typically in-office, specialty roles.

5. Are the positions paid?
All Tadpoles are paid $500 per week. In addition, Red Frog Events offers food and drink benefits, plus event assistance and time away. One of our favorite perks is the free family meal every Monday. Check out our "World's Best Benefits" for the full rundown of Tadpole benefits.
6. What is a typical day at Red Frog Events?
The beauty of Red Frog is that there is no such thing as a 'typical' day. With the opportunities for travel, the variety in team assignments and the occasional shenanigans, no two days are the same. As an Event Coordinator, you might be researching and writing clues for Great Urban Race one day, and the next you're ordering dirt for the perfect Warrior Dash mud pit. Expect to have some customer service responsibilities, teams projects and one hell of an internship.
7. What is the company culture like at Red Frog Events?
From the very beginning, Red Frog Events has put creativity and innovation at the center of its actions, building a business and brand from the fresh ideas of its employees. While we set out to create the Active Entertainment industry, we also wanted to reinvent the workplace. In our eyes, employees are a company's greatest assets and strongest resources. ATM (Accounting Tadpole Machine)

Responsibilities:
Performing day-to-day accounting functions, including processing of accounts payable, handling vendor inquiries/relations and general ledger maintenance
Assisting with the preparation of the company’s financial statements and supporting schedules
Performing in-depth financial statement analysis and other analytical projects
Working with Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant on other special projects as they arise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently pursuing) in accounting or finance
Legal Eagle
Fall 2012 (August 29-January 11)
Spring 2013 (Jan 2-May 24)
Responsibilities:
Legal Eagles will dive into the world of law but you will also take part in the exciting day-to-day activities of a growing business in our one-of-a-kind office
Contract review, assisting with liquor licensing, and working in the areas of trademarking and risk management
Brainstorming new solutions and jumping in on projects as they arise
Qualifications:
2L and 3L students
Available 20 hours a week
Techosaurus Rex (Information Technology)
Fall 2012 (August 29-January 11)
Spring 2013 (Jan 2-May 24)
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, Internet connectivity, computer maintenance, printers, phones, coding and more
Researching new technology and jumping in on projects as they arise
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently pursuing; IT field is desired, but not required)
Graphic Design Guru
Spring 2013 (Jan 2-May 24)
Graphic Design Gurus gain experience in all facets of design and see their designs at our national and international events.
Responsibilities:
Mobile web design, logo development, merchandise, marketing and more
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently pursuing)
Portfolio
Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator
Experience with Flash is desired, but not required
Event Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Travel the nation, organize and direct large-scale events and learn at breakneck pace
Dabble in event planning and have the opportunity to explore several internal teams such as marketing, human resources, merchandise, sponsorship, and many more

Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently pursuing)

Red Froggers are extraordinary people doing super duper things both in the office and out on the course. We want to be the best. We do whatever it takes to get the job done and hustle is part of how we live our daily lives. Life at Camp Red Frog is a daily whirlwind adventure and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’ve found that having fun at work actually makes us more productive, so we take part in plenty of monkey business. Here at Camp Red Frog we live by a “work hard, play harder” mentality, taking time to fit in that balance by riding our office zip-line, joining in on kitchen dance parties and dressing up for our frequent theme days.

The fun never stops there. We have volunteer days, field trips, Pancakes and Plaid mornings, pajama days, Wii breaks, dodgeball leagues, pet fish, foosball tournaments, rip stick lessons and generally more fun than you can shake a stick at. There’s also Red Bull, soft drinks and beer* for the taking when you’re in need of a pick-me-up.
